Directions

    Roll out one refrigerated pizza crust onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

    Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on it.

    Top with a layer of ham, then 1 cup of freshly grated mozzarella.

    Add a layer of Genoa salami and another cup of cheese.

  5. 5.

    Put a layer of pepperoni and another cup of cheese on top.

  6. 6.

    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

    Carefully roll it up, using the paper to help you.

    Fold the end over and pinch all the seams together.

    Flip it over so the seams are on the bottom.

    Brush with 1 tbsp of melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.

    Cut a few slits in the top.

    Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, until the crust is crispy and golden brown.

    Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then slice it up and serve with more pizza sauce for dipping.
