    Make the frittata: In a bowl, mix eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, chopped bell peppers, onions, turkey bacon, and seasonings.

    Add the mixture to an oven-safe pan or baking sheet, add laughing cow wedges, and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook bacon in a separate pan at 400 for 20-25 minutes, removing halfway through to drain grease and flip.

    Make the sauce: Combine light sour cream or Greek yogurt, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic, and onion in a bowl.

    Remove the frittata from the oven, sprinkle with the cooked bacon, and slice it into six pieces.

    Assemble the burritos: Add sauce to a tortilla, top with a piece of frittata, turkey bacon, and more sauce, then roll.
