Directions

    Tenderize and cube 28oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast.

    Mix the marinade ingredients: 1 tbsp chili crisp, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp gochugaru, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp avocado oil. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

    Combine honey garlic sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chili crisp, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp mirin, 1/2 tbsp gochugaru.

    Cook the chicken over high heat in two batches until cooked through.

    In the same pan, cook 1/2 cup of onions.

    Add 650g of cooked rice (280g dry weight) to the pan.

    Add the cooked chicken to the pan.

    Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and rice.

    Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

    Mix everything together and enjoy!
