Directions

    In a bowl, combine room temperature butter with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and honey. Mix well.

    Portion the salmon fillet into 3 or 4 inch pieces.

    Drizzle olive oil over the salmon pieces and season lightly with Traeger Anything Rub.

    Grill the salmon pieces on a flat rock grill at medium heat, flipping them until the internal temp hits 145 degrees.

    Place the cooked salmon on a plate and top with the Cajun honey butter while still warm.
