    Peel and slice potatoes using a mandoline slicer.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add flour and stir.

    Add milk, salt, pepper, thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

    Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.

    In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes with the cheese sauce, repeating layers until ingredients are used up.

    Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Coat the chicken breast with flour, then egg, and finally panko bread crumbs.

    Cook chicken in olive oil over high heat for 3-5 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
