Directions

    Boil potatoes until cooked

    Cut salmon into desired shapes. I cut them into oblong shapes

    In a small bowl mix olive oil, black pepper, paprika, coriander, oregano and salt. Add this mixture to the salmon pieces, along with a squeeze of lemon.

    Coat salmon in flour.

    Fry salmon in olive oil until cooked, flipping halfway through.

    Set the cooked salmon aside.

    In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.

    Add cream and stir in.

    Add black pepper, paprika, oregano, coriander, and salt to taste.

    Add parmesan cheese.

    Simmer for three minutes.

    Add the cooked salmon to the sauce.

    Serve the salmon with mashed potatoes and the spinach sauce. Top with parmesan cheese

  • 0.8 liter Cream
  • 1 pinch Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
