    Cut the Brioche bread into 2 inch chunks.

    In a bowl, mix together butter, evaporated milk, 2 eggs, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

    Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.

    Dust with powdered sugar after baking and let it cool.
