Directions

    Start off with some butter, garlic, and some soy sauce.

    Add a little bit of oil to the wok.

    Cook down some onions, carrots, green onions, and garlic.

    Add your day-old rice and cook for a couple of minutes.

    Add a little bit more oil and scramble two eggs.

    Season with salt, a small pinch of sugar, white pepper, and the soy garlic butter.
