- 5Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- 7Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
- 8Place the baked egg mixture between the slices of bread.
- 9Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper and cut in half.
- 10Drizzle extra egg yolk mixture over the sandwich.
