Dump and Bake Chicken Stuffing Bake
Directions
- 1Add four thin chicken breasts to a glass baking dish.
- 2Season the chicken with garlic powder, minced onions, and black pepper.
- 3In a separate bowl, mix half a cup of sour cream and a can of cream of chicken soup.
- 4Spoon the sour cream and soup mixture over the chicken.
- 5In another mixing bowl, combine one box of stuffing mix and one and a half cups of low sodium chicken broth.
- 6Add the stuffing mix on top of the chicken.
- 7Top with four tablespoons of cubed butter.
- 8Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
- 9Serve with green beans.
