Directions

    Add four thin chicken breasts to a glass baking dish.

    Season the chicken with garlic powder, minced onions, and black pepper.

    In a separate bowl, mix half a cup of sour cream and a can of cream of chicken soup.

    Spoon the sour cream and soup mixture over the chicken.

    In another mixing bowl, combine one box of stuffing mix and one and a half cups of low sodium chicken broth.

    Add the stuffing mix on top of the chicken.

    Top with four tablespoons of cubed butter.

    Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
