Directions

    Cube 2 large russet potatoes.

    In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

    Place potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Cut up 2 large chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a cast iron skillet on medium heat.

    Add the chicken to the skillet along with paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

    Let the chicken cook down and then add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.

    Add the garlic parm sauce to the chicken.

    Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and mix everything together.

    Top with cheese and place in a 375-degree oven until the cheese is melted.
