Directions

    Cut the bacon into small pieces.

    Cook the hot italian sausage until browned and crumbled.

    Set the sausage aside, reserving the grease.

    Add the bacon to the same pot and cook.

    Chop the onion and garlic.

    Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot with the bacon.

    Peel and dice the potatoes.

    Add the diced potatoes to the pot.

    Add the cooked sausage back to the pot.

    Add two containers of chicken stock to the pot.

    Add Dan-O's Spicy and Original seasonings.

    Let the potatoes boil for about five minutes.

    Add half of the chopped kale.

    Cook the kale for five to ten minutes.

    Stir in one cup of heavy cream.

    Let the soup sit for ten minutes after turning off the heat.

    Add Dan-O's Italian seasoning.

    Let the soup sit for five minutes.

    Serve the soup and top with a handful of mozzarella cheese.
