Creamy Chicken Scampi
Directions
- 1In a bowl, season chicken tenders with white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, dried herbs and salt.
- 2Add chicken to a pan with oil and cook for a couple of minutes until seared.
- 3In the same pan, melt butter, add sliced cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped asparagus, and lemon juice.
- 4Add more seasoning.
- 5Add white wine to the sauce.
- 6Once the wine cooks down, add heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and green herbs.
- 7Cook angel hair pasta.
- 8Serve the chicken over the pasta and garnish with lemon slices and green herbs.
