Directions

    Roughly chop some garlic.

    Grate some ginger.

    Dice and separate some green onions.

    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, black vinegar, a little bit of sugar, gochugaru (or chili flakes), and sesame seeds.

    Add a good amount of food oil in a hot pan.

    Add garlic, ginger, and onions to the pan.

    Once fragrant, add ground pork.

  8. 8.

    Add salt.

    Once pork is browned, add the sauce.

    After a minute, add noodles to boiling water.

    Add noodles to the pan and mix everything.
