Directions

    Add mushroom & prawn

    Add soy sauce 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, homemade chicken stock 1tsp, water 60g, sesame oil 1tsp, pepper to taste

    Corn flour 2 tsp Shaoxing wine 2 tsp mix well

    2min/120°c/reverse spoon

    Set aside to cool

    Roll wonton wrapper into thin sheet

    About the size of your palm

    Place a tablespoon of filling in the middle

    Gently fold and gather the wonton wrapper to the middle

    Use a chives string to tie the money bag

    Cover the wonton wrappers with damp cloth to avoid being dry out

    Fill TM bowl with 1 litre of water

    Place dumplings in the varoma set
