1Dice half an onion and sauté with butter until lightly brown. Set aside half for later.
2Add brandy to the remaining onions and set it on fire. Stop, drop, and roll.
3Add flour, heavy cream, chicken stock and salt to the pan and let it simmer until thickened.
4In a small bowl, add panko and milk until it's a paste.
5In a larger bowl, add the saved onions, salt, panko mixture, ground beef, egg, garlic powder, pepper, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix until consistent and roll into meatballs.
6Lay meatballs on a baking tray and broil on high for 5 minutes.
7Serve with mashed potatoes, topped with sauce and parsley.
