Directions

    Add a splash of oil to the pan.

    Add some chicken breast, eyeball the salt, a touch of turmeric, and a touch of paprika.

    Cook until the chicken is crusty, then remove it from the pan.

    Add 2 tablespoons of ghee, 1 diced onion, some sliced garlic, and some ginger paste.

    Add tender stem broccoli.

    Add sliced bell peppers and mushrooms.

    Add tomato puree, salt, and pepper.

    Add all the spices.

    Add a splash of water.

    Return the chicken to the pan.

    Add a bunch of red chilli and a big fat lemon wedge.

    Add lemon juice.
