Roasted Cauliflower with Cilantro Lime Sauce

Directions

    Clean the cauliflower and cut off the leaves.

    Drop the cauliflower into a pot of boiling water and let it boil on each side for seven minutes apiece.

    While the cauliflower is cooking, in a bowl add chili powder, cumin, black pepper, sazon, and onion powder.

    Mix in avocado oil to make a seasoning paste.

    Remove the cauliflower from the pot, put it on a baking sheet, and brush the mixture all over.

    Pop it in the oven at 350°F.

    To a blender add three tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a little garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, and lime juice.

    Blend until everything is mixed together.

    After about 20 minutes, remove your cauliflower from the oven.

    Sprinkle the sauce all over the cauliflower.

  • 1 tsp Sazon
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
