Directions

    Cut your potatoes into fries.

    Add your fries to a bowl of water with ice and let it sit for 30 minutes.

    Strain your potatoes and pat them dry with a towel.

    Add them to a bowl and hit them with spray oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

    Dump them in an air fryer at 260 for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Let them rest, and then do 400 to 425 for about five minutes.

    Make a dipping sauce with light mayo and sugar free ketchup.
