Directions

    Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, whisk them and pour them into a greased baking dish with some chives, salt and pepper. Then bake it in the oven until cooked and slice it into 6 equal pieces.

    In a separate bowl add extra lean pork mince or beef mince followed by the seasonings. Then mix it all together and form 6 equal patties using your hands.

    Cook the patties on a pan on high heat.

    Grab toasted English breakfast muffins, add a slice of cheddar cheese, one patty, one slice of egg and optionally spicy mayo on the top bun. Then repeat the process for the other five McMuffins.
