High Protein Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta

    Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika and olive oil. Mix till the color changes.

    Cook steak bites for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy.

    Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic and parmesan. Mix till well coated, then set the beef aside.

    Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes.

    Add extra seasoning (salt, pepper, Italian herbs, parsley, paprika), give it a mix.

    Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water. Stir until smooth and let it bubble.

    Add your cooked pasta and mix well.

  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 300 ml Light Evaporated Milk
  • 130 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 210 g Uncooked Pasta
  • 50 ml Pasta Water
