Directions

    Roast bell peppers and onions at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    Add cubed chicken breast, salt, pepper, garlic, buffalo sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.

    Toss in the roasted veggies and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.

    Break apart the cooked chicken using tongs.

    Add 50% cooked pasta.

    Pour in the blended buffalo cheese sauce and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

    Bake bacon at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

    Add chopped chives and crumbled bacon to the mac and cheese.

  • 18 slices centercut bacon
  • chopped chives
