Directions

    Brown a pound of sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from pan and drain grease once fully cooked.

    Whisk together six eggs, salt, pepper and a splash of milk in a bowl.

    Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook scrambled eggs.

    Combine cooked sausage, eggs and a cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

  5. 5.

    Lay out bread and use an uncrustable cutter to cut out circles.

  6. 6.

    Add some of the filling (about 1/3 measuring cup) onto the middle of each bread circle.

    Add the tops of the bread and use the uncrustable cutter to crimp the bread.

  8. 8.

    Place the uncrustables in a freezer ziploc bag with some parchment paper between each layer to keep them from sticking together.

    Toast the Uncrustables in a toaster or in a skillet.
