Directions

    In a pan set to low-medium heat, add one cup of extra virgin olive oil.

    Fry six garlic cloves until golden.

    Fry a tortilla until crispy and golden.

    Turn off the heat.

    Fry one chile ancho and about sixty chiles de árbol for 10-15 seconds. Do not burn them.

    Take everything out of the pan.

    Once the oil has cooled off, add everything into the blender.

    Add salt to taste.
