Directions

    Sauté garlic cloves, whole coriander seeds, peanut, fresh chilli, and desiccated coconut in a pan with sunflower oil for 5-6 minutes.

    Blend the sautéed mixture in a blender.

    In a pan, sauté sunflower oil, black mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped red onions until golden brown.

    Add garlic masala to the sautéed onions.

    Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

    Mix well and let the mixture cool.

    In a bowl, take yogurt and add the cooled onion mixture.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
