Chicken, Ham, and Swiss Bake
Directions
- 1Place six breaded chicken breast patties in a glass baking dish.
- 2Pour a can of cream of chicken soup over the patties.
- 3Drizzle a cup of heavy whipping cream over the soup.
- 4Add a package of diced ham.
- 5Sprinkle a handful of fresh green onion on top.
- 6Add a package of cubed cream cheese.
- 7Sprinkle leftover cooked bacon over the dish.
- 8Add a handful of leftover spinach.
- 9Top with six slices of Swiss cheese.
- 10Unroll a can of crescent rolls over the cheese.
- 11Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
