Directions

    Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan over medium heat.

    Add 4 chicken sausages and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.

    Add 1 scoop of garlic and let it cook for another minute.

    Add 8 ounces of dry orzo pasta and let it cook for 1 more minute.

    Deglaze with 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth and 1/4 cup of half and half.

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of red pepper flakes.

    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is done.

    Add 2 cups of spinach and stir until cooked.

    Add 1/2 cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese and make sure everything is completely combined.
