High Protein Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Directions

    Slice chicken into cubes.

    Add minced garlic, salt, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes and olive oil to the chicken.

    Mix until the color changes.

    Slice potatoes into small cubes.

  5. 5.

    Season potatoes with salt, garlic, mixed herbs, paprika and optional olive oil.

    Mix well and then oven bake or air fry for 22-25 minutes at 200C/400F until golden and crispy.

    Cook chicken in light butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side until golden and juicy.

    Lower the heat, add milk and garlic and herb cream cheese to the cooked chicken.

    Mix until smooth and bring to a bubble.

    Add crispy potatoes.

    Mix until creamy.

    Top with shredded mozzarella and cover until the cheese melts.

  • 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • 20 g Light Butter
  • 300 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 160 g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
  • 80 g Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1100 g Raw White Potatoes
