Directions

    Grab a bag, throw it on the bag holder. Add 2 and 1/2 cups of tapioca flour.

    Add 1 cup of milk, 3/4 cup canola oil, 1 cup of Parmesan, salt.

    Add 3 eggs.

    Take all the air out and seal it really well.

    Mix and mash.

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

    Let the bag sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes.

    Use scissors to make a hole about 1/4 of an inch in the bag.

    Gently pour the mixture into a muffin tray, about halfway full.

    Pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes.
