Directions

    In a bowl, crack three eggs.

    Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

    Add a pinch of salt.

    Whisk until well combined.

    Add 130g of sugar and whisk well again.

    Add 30g of grated coconut.

    Mix well.

    Add 160g of almond powder.

    Add 130g of melted butter.

    Mix until combined.

    Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan.

    Sprinkle 2 tbsp of almond flakes on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 35-40 minutes.

    Dust with icing sugar after baking.
