Directions

    Add half a stick of butter to a pan and let it melt.

    Cut the tomatoes and jalapeños in half.

    Cut the onion into smaller pieces.

    Add the onions and chiles to the pan and sauté.

    Once the onions and chiles soften, add the tomatoes.

    Keep cooking until tomatoes soften.

    Add half a can of beer.

    Add cilantro and chicken bouillon.

  9. 9.

    Let it come to a simmer.

    Turn off the stove and add everything to a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Taste and add more seasoning if needed.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
