Chicken & Alcapurria Waffles
Directions
- 1Blend yuca, guineo, sazon, adobo, onion powder, garlic powder, healthy Rican dry sofrito and olive oil.
- 2Cook the mixture in a waffle maker.
- 3Serve the waffle with fried chicken and a fried egg.
