Directions

    Add yellow mustard to chicken wings.

    Season with Asian inspired barbecue seasoning.

    Smoke chicken wings at 250 until 165.

    Heat up frying oil in a cast iron pot.

    Add chicken wings to the frying oil and cook for about two minutes until crispy.

    In a small cast iron skillet add chili oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds and honey.

    Toss the wings in the sauce.

    Finish with honey and sliced scallions.
