    Grate 1.5 pound zucchini.

    Press the zucchini with a paper towel to remove more water.

    Add 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon grated garlic, 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 whole egg, 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp dried mixed herbs to the strained zucchini.

    Mix all ingredients until well combined.

    Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan.

    Add the zucchini mixture to the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
