In a stand mixer, take one cup of warm milk, one pack of instant dry yeast, half a cup of sugar, two large eggs, and a third cup of softened butter. Mix it.
Add four cups of flour and mix until the flour is barely combined.
Stop the mixer, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then switch to the dough hook and let it knead for five more minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1–2 hours).
Roll out the dough.
Prepare the filling with half a cup of butter, one cup of brown sugar, and two tablespoons of cinnamon. Mix it well.
Spread the filling evenly over the rolled dough.
Roll the dough up tightly and cut into 1–2 inch slices.
Place the slices into a greased baking dish, cover them, and let them rise for another 30 minutes or place in the refrigerator overnight.
