Sheila & Dave's Cheese Pie
Directions
- 1Peel and dice the potatoes.
- 2Chop two big onions.
- 3Cut the cheese into slices.
- 4Boil the potatoes.
- 5Fry the onions.
- 6Mash the potatoes with butter and milk, and mix in the onions.
- 7Layer the mashed potatoes and cheese in an ovenproof dish four times.
- 8Top with sliced tomatoes.

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- 8 tomatoes
