Directions

    Cut the red and orange bell peppers into strips, then dice them.

    Dice the onion.

    Cut the green bell pepper into strips, then dice them.

    Slice the jalapeno pepper.

    Cut the tomatoes in half, then dice them.

    Add olive oil to a frying pan.

    Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until softened.

    Add salt, cumin, and garlic to the pan.
