    Melt butter in a soup pot. Add onions, carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

    Add garlic, and then add all seasonings. Stir to combine.

    Add flour, whisk.

    Slowly add in heavy cream, while whisking until no clumps.

    Whisk in chicken broth.

    Bring to a simmer until soup thickens. Around 8 minutes.

    Add tortellini and continue to simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Stir in rotisserie chicken and parmesan cheese.

    Serve with garlic breadsticks.
