    Pour 1 gallon of milk into the Ninja Foodi.

    Select the "yogurt" function on the Ninja Foodi and set the temperature to 160-180°F.

    Once the milk reaches 160°F, slowly drizzle in 0.75 cup of white vinegar.

    Gently stir to break up the curds and let it sit for 30 minutes with the lid on.

    After 30 minutes, use a slotted spoon to remove the curds from the whey.

    Place the curds into a cheesecloth-lined strainer to drain for another 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, gather the cheesecloth, gently squeeze to remove excess whey, and rinse under cool water.

    Remove the cottage cheese from the cheesecloth and place in a container.

    Add salt to taste and optionally add a couple of tablespoons of heavy whipping cream for a creamier consistency.
