Directions

    Mix together 4 and 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 and 1/2 cups of heavy cream.

    Knead the dough for about 15 to 20 minutes until it becomes super soft.

    Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll them up into small balls.

    Cover and let these sit for about 20 minutes.

    Roll each ball into a thin circle.

    Cook each tortilla on a hot pan for about 1 minute per side.
