    In a small pot, combine high quality chicken stock and water along with your seasonings and bring to a simmer.

    Chop some fresh scallions.

    Boil your wonton noodles for 30 seconds, drain, and remove.

    In the same pot, boil your wontons and blanch your bok choy just before your wontons are cooked.

    Lay them on top of your noodles along with your blanched bok choy and strain over that flavorful broth.

    Top with lots of fresh scallions, chili oil, and enjoy!

  • 1 piece ginger
  • 0.2 tsp white pepper
  • 0.2 tsp msg
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 scallions
  • 6 oz wonton noodles
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • 8 wontons
  • 1 chili oil
