Directions

    Dice shallots, mince four cloves of garlic, chop a handful of fresh parsley.

    Peel and cut 1.5 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes into even chunks.

    Place potatoes in a pot of room temperature water and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, add one tablespoon of chicken bouillon.

    Mash the cooked potatoes with two tablespoons of salted butter, two tablespoons of sour cream, and 1/3 cup of heavy cream.

    Add seasoning blend, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Cut the filet mignons into bite-sized pieces.

    Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic.

    Sear the steak bites in a hot cast iron for one to two minutes on each side.

    In the same pan, add four tablespoons of butter, fresh garlic, and the seared steak.

    Add more seasoning and a sauce of choice.

    Sauté shallots and garlic in the residual flavor from the steak.
