    Grind the meat using a meat grinder.

    In a bowl, mix the ground meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

    Make a well in the center and add the egg yolk, then gently blend.

    Using a cutter, shape the meat into burger patties.

    Toast the burger buns.

    Lightly oil a cast iron pan and place the burger patties on it.

    Sear the burger for 30 seconds on each side.

    Place the patties in the oven for 8 minutes.

    After 8 minutes, remove the patties from the oven and place them on the toasted buns.
