Furikake Chex Mix
Directions
- 1In a large pan, combine Rice Pockets, Honeycomb, Fritos, pretzels, Wheat Chex, and Corn Chex.
- 2In a large pot, melt 1 stick of butter.
- 3Add vegetable oil, sugar, corn syrup, and soy sauce to the melted butter and mix.
- 4Evenly pour the mixture over the snack mix.
- 5Add furikake seasoning and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- 6Bake at 250°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- 7Let it cool.

- 1 box Honeycomb cereal
- 1 bag Fritos
- 1 bag Snyder’s pretzels
- 1 box Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 box Corn Chex cereal
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 thirds cup Vegetable oil
- 2 thirds cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 bottle Furikake seasoning
