Directions

    Wash and cut the potatoes into halves.

    Place potatoes and garlic cloves in a Dutch oven with water.

    Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork-tender.

    Drain the potatoes and put them back into the Dutch oven.

    Add seasoning: black pepper, salt, oregano, parsley, half a stick of butter, and garlic powder.

    Add heavy whipping cream and a dollop of sour cream.

    Mash until chunky.

    Taste and add more salt or butter if needed.
