2In a food processor, combine 1/2 avocado, 1 cup fresh parsley, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup water, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
3In a food processor, combine 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp sriracha, zest and juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt. Process until smooth.
