Cut the top and bottom off a Vidalia onion.

Peel the onion.

Cut four slits in the onion.

Place pats of butter in the slits.

Place a knob of butter in the center.

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, adobo seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon pepper on the onion.

Wrap the onion in aluminum foil.

Bake the onion in a 375°F oven for 1 hour.

Make the sauce by melting half a stick of butter in a small pan.

Add chopped garlic to the melted butter.

Add the same seasonings used on the onion.

Cook until the garlic caramelizes.

Pour the sauce over the baked onion.
