    Chop the onion and tomato.

    Cut the chicken into pieces.

    Sear the chicken pieces in a frying pan with oil until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

    Add the chopped onion to the pan and cook until softened.

    Add the paprika and tomato paste, stir well.

    Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan.

    Stir in the flour until combined.

    Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

    Return the seared chicken to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

    Bring water to a boil in a large pot, gently drop spoonfuls of egg mixture into the boiling water to form dumplings.
