Directions

    Make cuts in the 2 chicken breast pieces.

    Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp red chilli flakes.

    Add 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, and 2 tbsp oil.

    Coat the chicken very well. Marinate for an hour or marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Air fry the chicken at 180°C for 25 minutes.

  6. 6.

    Flip the chicken after 25 minutes and air fry for another 6-7 minutes.
