Creamy Orzo with Crispy Chicken Sausage

Directions

    Cook chicken sausage in pan with oil for 8 minutes

    Add orzo and garlic to the pan. Add a bit more olive oil and “toast” the orzo for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, and seasonings. Bring the orzo to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Add spinach and parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve!
